Whether before, during or after your meet, contact us if you have a question or problem. Our technical support is free. You can e-mail us at aerial@aerialonline.com. If it urgent, give us a call (503-625-3471). Any time. (Preferably between 8am - 8pm Pacific Time, but if it'a an emergency, don't hesitate to call any time.)

Meet Rosters. Send us your meet rosters before your meet and we will check it out. Often times we find potential "issues" and advise accordingly. It's like meet insurance.

On-Call Support. You can request us to be "on-call" during your meet. We make sure the phone lines are available, and that someone will be there to help you. It's like having a consultant "at our elbow."

Leave the headaches to us!

There's a lot to running a good meet and, unless you are experienced with the information side of the process, it can be a major headache.

Avoid errors and glitches. Producing a well-run meet requires professionals who understand the in's and out's of meet development and the scoring process. Team Aerial will also add special touches your audiences, coaches and gymnasts will remember as a great meet.

Team Aerial is an on-site support service able to supply personnel, computer equipment, electronic signboards, and network connections for running your meet.

The cost of hiring an on-site team it typically around $2 per gymnast, and may also involve travel expenses and equipment rentals. The actual cost will depend upon the level of service support, and is determined by the team.
